Best and easy Soup: Cook small bits of skinless chicken,3-4 cloves of garlic,a bit of ginger,salt to taste,red chilli bits(a few) and a few pepper corns thrown into a small pressure cooker along with plenty of water and bits of celery.In around 10 minutes you can have a bowlful of aromatic,flavourful chicken soup that is truly invigorating for a tired soul.
